Services Overview

We raise $20M+ for our clients annually through our holistic and practical approach to nonprofit fundraising.

Yet our success is so much more than a number.

We help our fellow nonprofit workers get back in touch with why they believe in their mission, and why others should, too.

We see our collaborators through vulnerable moments…so we can then celebrate the successes that follow.

We scale our services because everyone should have access to fundraising expertise, and too few actually do.

Above all, we stand side by side with our artmakers, journalists, human service workers, and community organizers. Together, we advocate for a more just, compassionate, and creative world for all of us.

Development Strategy

Every nonprofit needs a vision for the future, whether you've just incorporated or you're planning for the next decade of growth. With our team's experience in working with more than 100 nonprofits across the arts, humanities, and then some, we have a deep understanding of what makes a fundraising strategy truly work for an organization.

Grants Management

We're more than just grant writers. We take a holistic approach to institutional giving that extends beyond the grant proposal and into the relationships that live at the heart of this work. Our team can revamp your approach, expand your prospect list, execute your entire pipeline, or help you figure the process out for the very first time.

Individual Giving

We'll motivate your community to give not just once, but year over year. We build donor strategies that prime your organization to engage new donors while also investing in retention to grow dollars raised over time. We'll support the development of appeal strategies, major gift cultivation plans, and moves management to leave no stone unturned when it comes to fundraising from your community.

Workshops

Our professional development workshops and seminars are built with our own methodology of collective learning, creative and collaborative exercises, break-out discussion and sharing sessions, and straightforward Q&A. Whether private to your nonprofit or among a collective of peers, we create opportunities for participants to make connections and share solutions with the cohort to create a supportive, collaborative learning environment for all.

For Grantmakers

Are you a grantmaker looking to make your application and funding procedures more accessible? Or are you looking to invest additional resources into professional development to round out the financial support you already provide to your portfolio?

First, thank you–we need more equity-conscious funders like you, And second–we can help with that.

We have worked with some of Chicago's most influential funders in the arts and humanities spaces to center the needs of applicants and grantees, and we would love nothing more than to bring that expertise to your team as well.
