Retainer Engagement

We'll evaluate the right capacity for your grants portfolio for a monthly retainer agreement for comprehensive grants management.

This engagement style includes:

  • the full execution of your grant proposal and report pipeline

  • biweekly meetings to keep projects on track

  • holistic support in funder cultivation and stewardship, including coaching for meetings and site visits

  • ongoing prospect research

Project Engagement

We'll set a pipeline of up to 15 grants projects (letters of inquiry, proposals, and reports) to execute throughout your fiscal year.

This engagement style includes:

  • execution of each project in our established project list, and insights into those funder relationships

  • meetings as needed to kick off, manage, and conclude each project
